Of Ukraine: "On State Regulation of Production and Circulation of Ethyl, Cognac and Fruit Alcohol, Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco Products" No. 481/95-VR of December 19, 1995 (as amended) adds to the seventeenth part of the following content: "New brands of wine grapes, wines of fruit and berries and / or honey, small-scale production of winemaking products is approved by the head of the business entity on the basis of the conclusion

Central branch tasting commission of the wine industry and / or tasting commission of the profile scientific institution and / or the tasting commission of the branch public union acting in accordance with the procedure approved by the central executive body, which ensures the formation of the state policy in the field of agriculture and food security State "" On Grapes and Grape Wine "No. 2662-IV (as amended), part one of Article 5 shall be worded as follows:" New Grain Grapes the product is approved by the head of the business entity on the basis of the conclusion of the Central Industry Tasting Commission of the wine industry and / or the tasting commission of the profile scientific institution and / or the tasting commission of the branch public union acting in accordance with the procedure approved by the central executive body, which ensures the formation of the state agrarian policy in the field of agriculture. The right to approve new brands of silent wines and vintage cognacs of Ukraine is given to enterprises and organizations that have their own stable raw material base and corresponding capacities for their production "


According to the above, the Ukrsadvinprom public association may provide the following services:


1. To develop technological instructions for production:


- fruit-and-berry wines - according to DSTU 6036: 2008 "Fruit and berry wines.
General technical conditions »(depending on the technology of production and physico-chemical indicators of wine, the silk is divided into: dining - dry, semi-dry, semi-sweet, sweet, unfortified - strong, sweet, dessert, liqueur, fortified - strong, sweet, dessert, liqueur, honey - dining, sweet, dessert, liqueur, special type);
- grape wines - according to DSTU 4806: 2007 "Wines, General technical conditions" (depending on the technology of production and physical and chemical indices of wine, the following are divided into: dining - dry (varietal and blended) ordinary and vintage, semi-dry and
semi-sweet, fortified (ordinary and vintage): strong, durable special type; dessert
- sweet, liqueur, special type);
- carbonated wines - according to DSTU 4393: 2005 "Wines carbonated. General technical conditions "(depending on the mass concentration of sugars are divided into: dry, semi-dry, semi-sweet, sweet);
- Vermouth - according to DSTU 6035: 2008 "Vermouth. Specifications "(according to the volume fraction of ethyl alcohol and mass concentration of sugars are divided into: dry, strong, dessert and sweet);
- cider - according to DSTU 4836: 2007 "Cider. General technical conditions "(according to the volume fraction of ethyl alcohol are divided into: non-alcoholic, light, normal and strong, and depending on the mass concentration of sugars are divided into: brut, dry, semi-dry, semisweet, sweet);
- Sparkling wines - according to DSTU 4807: 2007 «Sparkling wines. Specifications "(depending on the mass concentration of sugars are divided into: brut, extra dry, dry, semi-dry, semisweet, sweet);
- Champagne Ukraine - according to DSTU 4800: 2007 "Champagne Ukraine.
Specifications "(depending on the mass concentration of sugars are divided into: extra brut, brut, extra dry, dry, semi-dry, semi-sweet, sweet);
- cognacs of Ukraine - according to DSTU 4700: 2006 "Cognacs of Ukraine. Specifications";
- Drinks strong from fruit spirits - according to DSTU 7072: 2009 "Drinks strong from fruit spirits. Specifications"


2. Develop the Technical Specifications and Technological Instructions for them on:


- BRANDS OF WINE ORDINARY, CLEARING MARKETS;
- WINE VINOFRUIT AROMATIC;
- WINE LETTERED;
- WINE GRAPES OF VINEGRATED AROMATIC;
- DRIED FOODS AROMATISED;
- NUTRIENTS OF FLAMMABLE LACTIC OILS;
- NUTRIENTS OF FLAMMABLE AROMATISED VEGETABLE GASES;
- BEVERAGES OF WEEKLY VEGETABLE FRUIT AND BROWN;
- BEVERAGES OF WEEKLY VEGETABLES ON THE BASIS OF WINE;
- SIDRI
